| • Insurance & Benefits | Coverage varies by insurer, plan and client eligibility. We recommend checking with your insurance provider regarding your specific mental-health coverage limits before your first session |
| • NIHB Coverage | Eligible First Nations and Inuit clients may have coverage for qualifying mental-health counselling services under NIHB. Eligibility, prior approval, eligible services and regional maximums apply. |
| • Payment & Receipts | Payment methods, receipts and direct-billing availability should be confirmed at booking. Direct billing is dependent on the applicable insurer/program and current practice arrangements. Applicable HST applies where required by law. |
| • Cancellation & No-Show | Cancellation and missed-appointment policies apply to all scheduled bookings. Please review your signed Client Service Agreement for specific notice requirements and guidelines. |
| • Client Agreement | The signed Client Service Agreement is the controlling policy for all financial and therapeutic arrangements. Clients should review it thoroughly before attending their initial appointment. |
